Booking steps :

1. Select your hotel

When you have desired the hotel, which you want us to reserve, please click on the “Book Now” button to display our booking form.

2. Completing our booking form

Please complete the booking form step by step untill see the text "finish a booking" then click "Yes" button.

If you wish to reserve for more than one hotel, please complete a separate booking form for each individual hotel.

3. Receiving a greeting email from us

Once you have submitted your booking form, we will immediately respond you by greeting email. In this email we show your booking details.

4. Receiving a confirmation email

After you have submitted your booking form, we immediately make a reservation for you. It is depend on the hotel availability. If the hotel is available, we will send you a confirmation email informing your details of booking, total cost and payment.
However, if the hotel is unavailable, we send you the alternative email. This process is usually take within 24 hours. Please advise us if you have not received a confirmation email within 2 business days.

5. Payment

We require your credit card details in a confirmation email in order us to process your booking.
Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by Thawte.
Our server and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. This means we can guarantee that it is totally safe to send us your credit card details. Your credit card details will be kept at Phi Phi Booking until your arrival date at the hotel. After this date the details will be destroyed.

6. Receiving your hotel voucher

Once your payment has been authorized by our bank, we will send you the hotel voucher
(via email) that you can easily print it to presented upon check-in.

Hotmail filter :

For customers who are using Hotmail email account, the emails we send you may not reach your Hotmail inbox or may be sent to your 'junk' email folder. We apologize but the problem is with the Hotmail email filtering and beyond our control. However, please follow the steps below to ensure that emails sent to you from Phi Phi Booking are received.

1. Access to your Hotmail account.
2. Click on the “mail” tab
3. Click on “Options”
4. Click on “Junk E-mail Protection”
5. Click on “Safe List”
6. Type “phiphi-booking.com” in box and click “Add”
7. Check “phiphi-booking.comt” is in the Safe List (if not repeat item 6 above)
