                your credit card details in a confirmation 
                email in order to process your booking. 
                For your confidential, we offers secure 
                credit card payments online. Alternatively 
                you can submit your credit details by fax. 
                YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL ONLY BE CHARGED ONCE 
                AVAILABILITY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED that is 
                once your VOUCHER has been emailed to the 
                email address provided during your booking

                only your credit card details and there 
                is no any charge.
 -30 days before check in date, the hotel 
                will charge the full amount.
 We welcome VISA, Master Card, 
                    and AMEX. Please note that your credit card 
                    issuing bank may charge you an additional 
                    fee for currency conversions.  Phi Phi Booking will 
                    not be responsible for such charges or any 
                    other charges that may occur during the 
                    credit card billing process. All payments 
                    will be settled in Thai Baht or US dollar 
                    depends on the amount indicated during your 
                    booking process (based on the daily exchange 
                    rate).Your credit card statement will show

                room type of your choice, in such case our 
                Customer Service Agents will suggest alternative

                need to present your VOUCHER upon check 
                in at the hotel. In the unlikely even that 
                the hotel has no booking confirmation at 
                hand, you MUST contact us immediately by 
                phone/email (our offices are open 24/7.

                details in the voucher). When contacting 
                us please always state your Booking ID and 
                Our Customer Service will then contact the 
                hotel and initiate all steps to solve the 
                situation immediately.  Failure to contact us will 
                    result in a No Show, i.e. will be treated 
                    as a failure to check in at your hotel as 
                    per the check in date stated in your VOUCHER.

              | You may amend your 
                booking request at any time during the booking 
                process. Amendments to your booking request 
                can be submitted through 'Customer Service’, 
                or by contacting our Customer Service. Amendments

                like to extend your stay with the hotel 
                you initially booked through  Phi Phi Booking, you 
                must contact our Customer Service. Please 
                note that any Extensions of Stay arranged

              | If you would like 
                to shorten your stay, please fill The Amended 
                form in Customer Service site. We will refund 
                your credit card for the unused room nights 
                UNLESS NOTIFIED OTHERWISE by email. Please 
                be advised that you must cancel the unwanted 
                room nights with us, as well as the hotel, 
                or you will not receive your refund, if

                you have submitted your Booking Confirmation 
                the following Cancellation Policies apply:  +30 Days before check in 
                    date There is no any charge.29 -15 Days before check in date There is 
                    a 10% of total cost for administration charge.
 14 - 7 Days before check in date There is 
                    a 10% of total cost plus 1 night cost (depending
 on the hotel policy) charge by the hotel.
 6 - 4 Days before check in date There is 
                    a 10% of total cost plus 1 night cost charge 
                    by the hotel.
 3 - 0 Days before check in date The Hotel 
                    will charge the full amount.
 Cancellations must be made 
                  in writing, quoting the booking ID, either 
                  by Fax to +66 75 601-308 or e-mail to reservation. 
                  Or by fill up the Cancellations form in 
                  Customer Service site.A cancellation receipt will be sent to you 
                  with a cancellation email. Please do not 
                  consider your booking cancelled until you 
                  have received the cancellation email.

              | No Shows, i.e. failure 
                to check in at your hotel as per the check 
                in date stated in your VOUCHER, are treated 
                as a late cancellation and cancellation

              | We are committed 
                to provide an efficient refund to our customers. 
                Refunds will be made in the form of a credit 
                refund. I.e. we will credit the amount charged, 
                minus cancellation fees (if applicable), 
                back to your credit card. Once the refund 
                instructions have been issued to our Merchant 
                Bank, it can take anywhere from 15-45 working 
                days for the proceeds to show in your account.Requests for refunds will have to be submitted 
                at least 2 weeks after the check out date. 
                Refund requests received later than 14 (FOURTEEN) 
                days cannot be honored.

                  any compensation if we (the company) or 
                  you (the customer) are forced to cancel 
                  or in any way change your booking as a result 
                  of situations outside our control which 
                  we, nor our suppliers, could foresee or 
                  avoid, even with all due care. For example 
                  war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial 
                  disputes, natural disaster or terrorist
